Offline Table Extractor is a desktop application that allows users to extract table content from PDF files and Images entirely on their local device. The Software performs all table extraction operations locally and does not upload files, document contents, or extracted data to any server or cloud service.

2. Free and Paid Versions

Free Version:

• The free version provides access to all features.
• Output files generated using the free version includes only the inital 5 rows but allows full previw of the output for accuracy assessment.
• No Sign-Up is required to download the Free Version.

Paid Version:

• The paid version allows extraction of all rows from the input files.
• The paid version is available via direct download from our website.
• Access to the paid version requires a completed purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue free or paid offerings at any time.

3. User Accounts and Information

To provide access to the Software:

• For payment related needs, we store only your email address and purchase status (paid or unpaid).
• No usage data, document data, metadata are collected or transmitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments for Offline Table Extractor are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments handles payment processing, invoicing, and taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.).

During payment, Dodo Payments may collect your email address, name, and billing address. We do not store or process your payment card or billing details. All billing terms are governed by Dodo Payments’ policies. You can refer them here.

• All table extraction occurs locally on your device.
• No documents or file contents are transmitted externally.
