ParseExtract.com provides APIs for parsing documents and webpages, and for extracting tables and structured data from various sources.
2.1. Trial Usage: We offer a free trial on our homepage to allow users to experience our services.
2.2. Data Collection during Free Trial: When you send your first request from the free trial section, we set a cookie on your browser. No other personal information is collected during the free trial.
2.3. Prohibition of Abuse: Abuse of the free trial, including but not limited to, using automated scripts for repeated trials or using multiple ip addresses to circumvent trial limitations, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to block access to our services for any user found to be abusing the free trial.
3.1. Account Creation: To obtain an API key and access our full services, you must sign up for an account.
3.2. Information Collected: During the sign-up process, we only collect your email address. Your password is saved securely and is not stored in plain text. No other personal data is collected during sign-up. If you use Google sign-in then only the email is stored with us and other details are not stored.
3.3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your password, API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.1. Payment Information: When you make a payment for our services, we collect your email. This information is shared directly with our payment provider for transaction processing.
4.2. Data Retention: The payment provider may collect your name and address for payment and invoice related purposes. We do not store your name and address on our servers after the payment transaction is complete.
5.1. File Uploads: Any files you upload for processing via our APIs or the Free Trial are solely used for the purpose of fulfilling your request. These files are processed immediately and then deleted from our servers. We do not store your uploaded files.
5.2. Third-Party LLM API Providers: For certain processing tasks, we may send your input data to external Large Language Model (LLM) API providers. We use their Paid Tiers in which the input data is not used to improve their models. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this data transfer and processing by external LLM API providers.
The content, features, and functionality on ParseExtract.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of ParseExtract.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
In no event shall ParseExtract.com, nor its developer, owners, directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
